Quality & Control

KADOİL Quality & Control teams control the dealers’ product and service quality regularly in order to serve better to its customers and keep the customer satisfaction at the maximum level. Our goal is to control to our fuel quality in the process from refinery output to entering into vehicle tank. KADOİL utilizes from its mobile Quality & Control teams in order to carry out this service in the fastest and the most reliable manner. They have sufficient capacity and knowledge required to test the fuel samples obtained from the filling station in the vehicle by their equipments quickly and properly. The Quality & Control teams who visit all of the KADOİL filling stations in Turkey regularly obtain the fuel samples from the filling stations and perform the controls instantly. Encoding system on the KADOİL products allows specifying the fuel in the controls that it is an KADOİL product. Quality & Control teams control the product quality as well as they check visual standards and service quality in the filling stations and take regulatory measures if required. The tanks where fuel products are stored in the KADOİL filling stations are cleaned regularly. Thus, it is preserved from forming foreign substances such as microbiological structures, deposit, water etc… which might occur in the tanks.

Quality in the Service  

KADOİL of which main goal is to improve the product and service quality continuously and provide the customer satisfaction at the highest level continues its operations and investments in this field rapidly.

KADOİL which set off with this goal provides trainings for each employee including from staff worked in its filling facilities to pump sales person in the filling stations. It integrates quick and cordial service concept with its safe and sensitive to environment quality standards.

KADOİL fully-equipped training vehicles visit all of the filling stations throughout the country for three times per year to put the filling station managers, pump sales, market and lubrication and washing persons and oil tanker drivers through the training. Subjects such as service quality and customer relations, health, safety and environment (HSE), technical safety, product information are described in these trainings theoretically and practically. Applications for these trainings on the field are continuously watched with cooperation of quality control, field organization and secret customer programs.
